Always delicious...meat a little salty today.

Probably the worst location I've seen in the entire state. They forgot to give me my credit card in the drive through then after I had to drive all the way back for it, they tried to charge me for an empty cup after I bought two gallons of tea. A disservice to the entire franchise.

Excellent food and even thought it is walk thru service is great. Casual atmosphere with picnic tables setting. Yummy extra large bake potatoes with all the fixings and so many smoked meats to choose from.

Very nice staff, food was good and inexpensive. Ate here while my Tesla was charging at the Superchargers in the parking lot.

Love their Brisket, Turkey sandwiches and their smoked potato fully loaded. Service is always nice.

I love everything there. If you're looking to feed lots of people, you can't go wrong with the quarts of green chili stew. It's brisket, potato, chiles, and tomato. I buy a pint of the creamed corn and add it to the Chile. So good but...it's got a real kick. The quarts can easily feed 4 really hungry people with bread for $8.

As always everything was so, so delicious, the brisket moist, the baby back ribs so tender, the jalapeno sausage really good, the tea, everything is so good, restroom clean as always. Definitely i would come back.

First time dining at Rudy’s. Everyone was very helpful letting me know how to order. The cashier that assisted had the best customer service. Food was okay, brisket a little dry but the customer service was outstanding.

Their moist beef sandwich and potato salad were very tasty and proportionate!!! Much better than "fast food" chain. My Chinese wife enjoyed it too. She doesn't like "American" food. I like her cooking, but I hope I find more places like Ruby's

We tried all the meat besides the sausage and I would reccomend the turkey and moist brisket. I'm usually not a fan of turkey but this is by far the best I've ever tried. Their sides are nothing to write home about and I was surprised they didn't have mac and cheese, most bbq places do! Will definitely be back for some of that turkey though!

I love their breakfast burritos and very good smoke meats. Can’t go wrong with Rudy’s. Their meat run is available for purchase and is a must in my cabinet. Rudy’s BBQ sauce is also really good.

Food was good and the gas was cheap. Not quite up to par with the Rudy's we usually go to in Austin but definitely better than any of the other nearby options.

Rudy's has excellent customer service and food. We were given samples of the brisket and turkey, as it was our first time there, and it was excellent. The guy at the register explained how the menu worked and made some suggestions as well. 10/10 will go back again.

Our visit was at 9pm and we were hesitant because of the freshness of food. We were pleasantly surprised to find the brisket was moist and juicy. The corn was creamy and not dry. It say alot about the quality of service. Definitely will visit again.

Genuenly good food, turkey is incredible and pulled pork is ok/good. The main issues I have with this place come with the handling of food. No gloves and people staring directly over my food while preparing it. Yeah it may be prissy and proper which defers from Texas culture but health hazards are called hazards for a reason. I don't want some slime head dripping snot into my burger or someone getting lotion onto their hands only to grab a chunk of meat from their box in back.

Lines have been so long through drive-thru recently. Had an annoying visit this past Saturday for lunch. One car 2 cars in front drove off without taking or paying for their order so it through everything off. For me, them, and the car immediately in front of me. That was not Rudy's & Co. fault. It was beyond their control. What bothers me is orders are at times incorrect. I had waited so long for them to sort out the situation. After refunds and totals were re-charged for both myself and the customer in front of me, they gave us a small discount. I asked the girl if everything was in my bag, she said yes.I took her word. Got home and 2 sides were missing. Should have checked. I called and they were willing to give me the items, but it was just so inconvenient and time consuming I didnt go back. Just wish it was all there.$5 down the drain. Sometimes their orders/ingredients are just wrong period. Check 'em, folks!

I love this place but the food but it is expensive every time I go with my family and Ihave a large family... I wish they gave out rewards

Food as always delicious and the staff is the best.

Great place for BBQ. Very clean restaurant. Friendly helpful staff. Was greeted literally the second I walked in the door. Order at the register, walk to your table with your food. Very prompt. Today I had the moist brisket and baby back ribs. Brisket was amazing. You get a coffee of sauce at the table. Both good. Free bread with your order. Always always always get a side of the cream corn. It's addicting. Great atmosphere. One of my favorite spots.

Bought their world famous moist barbecue. Always a great experience. Rudy's maintains one of the highest customer service experiences in the city. Kudos to their trainers.

Foods amazing but the last five times we have ordered we get home to find items missing from our order. Today we checked in the car and sure enough the coleslaw wasn’t in there. Check your order before you leave oh and they’re always out of potatoes .

Sat outside with our dog. My husband and I both got tons of wood pieces and splinters stuck to our hands and legs from the outdoor seating. There were only 2 tables outside too. Also, the pulled pork was very dry.

I could eat here everyday! Love Rudy's no matter where it's at. Staff always friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is consistent with other Rudy's and music is always good not to low not to loud. If you're looking for good bbq with all the fixings this is the place! Thanks for being so awesome Rudys!

Went to Rudy's while in El Paso for work and WOW was I impressed! Some of the best smoked turkey I have ever had! I've been here several times and not once have I had a bad experience, everyone is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean and has a lot of seating. If you're in the area, or passing through El Paso you HAVE to try this place! Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience here! I had some fantastic brisket and spare ribs. Try the green chili stew, you won't be sorry. Corn on the cob was perfect. If you are a vet, don't forget ti show ID. Be prepared to leave in a meat coma!

Great BBQ food , I had the moist beef brisket very good , really cool place and friendly folks also noticed they actually have Tesla charging stations outside which I thought was rare for the area. ate here two nights in a row and was very content both times

Good BBQ, but if you you buy the meat to take home it's a lot cheaper, to make a burrito or sandwich at home. It will also leave left overs.

Very good BBQ with a good variety of meats to choose from. The sweet tea is delicious as well. I have been coming here for a while now and they will continue to have my business for the foreseeable future.

Service was great but food was terrible. Meat had no flavor, brisket was bland and too fatty and had no flavor. Pulled pork sandwich was not good, more sauce than meat and all I tasted was the bread. Like I said service was great but food was terrible. I love Texas BBQ it’s the best but not this.

Really good ribs im from California and i can almost bet that we dont have a place thats is as good in California. Also they sale every thing by the pound.

We used Rudy's for a Memorial Service at home. All of our invited guests were so impressed by everything that was included in what we ordered. We were all pleased with the awesome food. Rudy's is very consistent in their service and in how delicious their food is.

Food was alright but not to Rudy's normal quality. Baked potato was undercooked and had no butter. "Moist" Brisket was anything but moist.

Ehh. Overpriced, no fries. Prefer fries over baked potatoes with sliced brisket sandwich. Sause was good.

Can never go wrong here and the price is right !!! Love the baby back ribs and the Rudy's sauce is to die for .. love it love it love it

Really good BBQ place and layout. The brisket and baby back ribs were really good, as was the jalapeno sausage. Baked beans were decent but I've had a lot better. Also, no cornbread? At a BBQ place?

Great place, great atmosphere. Very friendly, clean. You'll feel right at home with these guys. Most of all, great bbq at good prices. You get to choose lean or moist brisket, chicken, turkey, pork and pulled pork. Then there's very tasty sides like corn on the cob, potato salad, coleslaw, some very mean cream corn and bbq beans. Finally you have two bbq sauces to choose from, sissy and regular. In the store you can buy chips, candy, sauces and other stuff. Have a fountain drink or a beer to go with all that. My favorite is brisket or chicken. And the cream corn. That's some tasty stuff. But really, I've never been disappointed in this place. Probably the best deal in town for barbecue, or at least top three. Very much recommended.Edit: Spelling.

Friendly, fast service. First time at this restaurant. The BBQ is excellent, but the turkey was outrageous! Moist and delicious. Enjoyed our visit very much!
